You should crate train her for when you are not home. This will teach her to hold it. When you are home you need to take her out every hour until she gets it. When she goes lots of praise and a treat. As she goes more outside you can make the time between outings longer. All accidents need to be cleaned with an enzyme cleaner. You can only scold for accidents you catch. After the fact does no good. A stern no and then outside for accidents. Just so you know 3-4 times a day isn't enough. italian grey hounds have small blatters and need frequent trips until they learn to hold it. Once she gets it 4 times a day is still what should be done. Do not use pee pads they make training outside harder
