Buy some puppy training pads and just keep being persistant. Your dog is probably just letting the visiting dog know that this is "her place" and not to get too comfortable. this behavior will stop if the other dog leaves. If the other dog is staying permanently or for a long time at your house then you need to show your dog that her territory marking will not be tolerated. Do this by shouting "NO!" whenever you see her going in the house. Then put her in her crate immediately. It is important that you catch her in the act and discipline her right away. If you yell at her because you found a puddle on the floor that she put there hours ago, she isn't going to remember and won't realize why you are yelling at her.
