Yes , it could be the other dog.. is he neutered?? the other dog neutered??.but if this happens again , go to the vet to have him checked...if all is well, you're not the boss around so you have to change you're attitude with him. Our manchester pooped on my daughter's bed last week after the new pup was up there playing. We made a point of putting all the dogs in my daughter's bed (one at a time since there are five of them) and one of the cats too and playing with them up there while the manchester watched. She now understands that it is my daughter's bed and not "her" bed and it hasn't happened again. He is marking.
